Lady Luck Singing The Blues

Despite all the recent controversies that surrounds the Chelsea Football Club, Lady Luck was feeling The Blues. One might say that yes Chelsea did not play their best game against Shakhtar Donetsk, and that Lady Luck was there to guide Chelsea through, yeah and what.

However, though I cannot comment further on Chelsea's performance against Shakhtar Donetsk, since I didn't wake up to my alarm to watch the game; at least I woke up to the vital 3-points already in the bag. There's one thing that Chelsea is great for, and it's that never give up attitude and the strength that got Chelsea the crown of Champions of Europe last year.

Yeah sure, critics will say luck was on Chelsea's side, but that's the beauty of football. You just wouldn't know what's going to happen until that final whistle blows, and that was the case when Moses headed home a life line for Chelsea. Di Matteo, hats off to you for making that substitute, and Lady Luck if you had role in this must-win game; thank you sexy! But importantly, the players and Di Matteo!

Looking at the game stats though, it looks like it was quite a match, with almost same amount of shots on goal and possession leaning a little more to Shakhtar Donetsk. On a different note, Chelsea should have signed Willian, #justsaying.

Ultimately, Moses answered their prayers, Oscar winning performance, and Chelsea vic-Torres against Shakhtar Donetsk.

To sum it all up, here are the goals brought to you by 101GreatGoals.com:
